Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Box addresses.

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@fivestarfurniturellc.shop and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution according to our return and exchange policies.
10. What is your return policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your seeds.
Seeds must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are fully covered if the issue is due to our error, such as incorrect items, damaged seeds on arrival, or shipping mistakes.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund
Once returned seeds are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
12. Are shipping fees refundable
For returns due to personal reasons, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, all shipping costs will be covered by Fivestar Furniture.
13. Do you offer exchanges
Yes. Exchanges are available for damaged items, incorrect shipments, or visibly defective seeds reported within 15 days of delivery.
Approved replacement shipments are sent within 2 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
14. What items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Custom items, final sale products, requests made after 15 days, or issues caused by improper storage, handling, or planting are not eligible for return or exchange.
