At Fivestar Furniture, we aim to ensure that every seed order is handled with care and delivered safely and efficiently. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and supported from checkout to delivery.
1 Order Processing Schedule
All seed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing time.
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, order preparation may take slightly longer. If a notable delay occurs, customers will be notified via email as soon as possible.
2 Shipping Methods and Transit Time
We partner with the following trusted carriers for delivery:
UPS
DHL
USPS
We work with reliable domestic shipping carriers to ensure dependable delivery.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 4–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor shipment progress.
3 Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping to U.S. territories and P.O. Box addresses is not available at this time.
4 Shipping Fees and Charges
Orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Occasionally, limited-time shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website.
5 Delays, Carrier Issues, and Responsibility
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Fivestar Furniture is not responsible for carrier-related delays. However, we will gladly assist customers with tracking shipments and coordinating with carriers when delivery issues arise.
6 Packaging Standards and Product Protection
All seed products are carefully packaged to help preserve quality and protect against transit damage.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@fivestarfurniturellc.shop and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution in accordance with our return and exchange policies.
