Seed Exchange Promise

At Fivestar Furniture, we stand behind the quality and condition of every seed we ship. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, our exchange policy is designed to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1 Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be approved only under the following conditions
1 Seeds are damaged during transit
2 You receive the wrong seed variety or incorrect quantity
3 Seeds arrive clearly defective or unusable upon delivery

Please note that the issue must not result from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

2 Exchange Limitations

Exchanges cannot be accepted in the situations listed below
1 Change of mind or personal preference including expectations related to color, size, taste, or growth outcome
2 Germination problems caused by planting methods, soil quality, watering practices, or environmental conditions
3 Requests submitted more than 15 days after the delivery date
4 Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3 How to Request an Exchange

Step 1 Contact Customer Support
Please email info@fivestarfurniturellc.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order
Include the following information
Order number
Clear description of the issue
Photos of the seeds and original packaging

Step 2 Review and Approval
Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 1 business day
You will be notified whether your exchange request is approved and if a return is required

Step 3 Return the Item if Requested
If a return is necessary
A return address will be provided by our team
Items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method

Step 4 Replacement Shipment
Once returned seeds are received and inspected
A replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days
Tracking details will be sent once the replacement ships

4 Shipping Cost Responsibility

If the exchange is approved due to an error on our part
Including damaged items or incorrect shipments
All shipping costs will be fully covered by Fivestar Furniture

If the exchange is approved for other eligible reasons
Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

5 Packaging Guidelines

Original packaging should be retained whenever possible
Seeds returned without proper protective packaging may arrive damaged
Exchange requests may be declined if damage occurs due to insufficient or improper packaging
