Refund & Return Guidelines

At Fivestar Furniture, we care about your shopping experience and are committed to handling seed-related concerns fairly and efficiently. Please review the policy below to understand when and how refunds or returns may be approved.

Refund Qualification

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of successful delivery under the following conditions
Seeds must be unopened, unused, and kept in original, intact packaging
Items must not be custom-made or marked as Final Sale
Seeds must remain free from damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

A full refund will be issued when the issue is due to our responsibility, including but not limited to
Incorrect seed varieties sent
Seeds damaged upon arrival
Fulfillment or shipping mistakes

Refund Request Process

To begin a refund request, please contact us at

within 15 days of receiving your order

Please include
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will review your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if needed

If a return is required
The item must be shipped back within 3 days after approval
A trackable shipping method is required

Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days

Shipping and Cost Responsibility

For customer-initiated returns such as change of mind
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

For Fivestar Furniture–related issues such as product quality or shipping errors
All shipping costs including original and return shipping will be fully covered by us

Important Reminders

Please retain your return tracking number until the refund process is completed
Requests submitted after 15 days or not following the outlined steps may not qualify for a refund
Returned items that fail inspection may be deemed ineligible
